INGREDIENTS
•1 (28-ounce) can Centos San Marzano Tomatoes)
•2 (6-ounce) cans tomato paste
•2 tablespoons Italian seasoning (see hint below)
•1 teaspoon garlic salt
•1 teaspoon onion powder
•1 teaspoon sugar
•Splash of Olive Oil

INSTRUCTIONS
•Puree the tomatoes with a food processor or like device.  In a medium bowl, whisk tomato puree and tomato paste until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and whisk well to combine. Makes enough for several pizzas. Store in a jar or covered container in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Or freeze it (see hint below). Never store in metal container.

HELPFUL HINTS
Hint: Portion in Ziploc bags when freezing.  They stay good for several months.

Hint:  You can either put the Italian Seasoning in our sauce or add it during the make.  Make and dress the entire pizza.  Then sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the top before the pie goes into the oven.  I prefer this method.
